A flatbread crafted from ancient grains and topped with broccoli raab, garlic confit, burrata, chanterelle mushrooms, and lemon zest. A burger served “Istanbul-style” with Kashar cheese, red onion jam, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. A roasted beet salad tossed with mint, coconut flakes, rose petals, lebneh, and orange blossom dressing. When Servia’s chef says he specializes in “modern Mediterranean” cuisine, these are the types of dishes he’s referring to.
That’s just a snapshot of the creative menu at Servia, which includes many smaller plates for sharing, as well as a roundup of craft cocktails. In fact, you could really make an entire meal out of the Mediterranean meze. Share some of the fresh hummus, house-made falafel, and moussaka, maybe with a Marrakesh Express on the side. This signature cocktail features mezcal, pomegranate juice, harissa, rose water, aquafaba, and a squeeze of lemon. Servia is currently open for takeout, curbside pickup, and limited indoor dining.
