Chefs Matt and Kate of Townsman pay homage to New England in every locally sourced plate they design. The menu at Townsman changes regularly to reflect the current season, showcasing ingredients grown sustainably by farmers around the region, but the constantly revamped brunch menu may be the most popular.

It rolls around during brunch so that you can try the classic house maple syrup or something more unique, like Matt Jennings’ Maple Hot Sauce or Bourbon & Rye Barrel-Aged Syrup. If you want to skip the sweet stuff, devour the chorizo Benedict with green-garlic hollandaise, the bagel with cream cheese and house-made lox, or the burger topped with bacon, Boursin, roasted onion jam, and egg-yolk caramel.
