8 Questions with One Greenway’s Service Manager, Bobby Laverriere

Name: Robert “Bobby” Laverriere

Hometown: Chester, NH

What do you love about your job? I enjoy interacting with residents who I see on a daily basis around the building, as well as meeting new residents. When there is a unique maintenance request, I like problem solving to figure out the best solution!

Where’s your favorite place to eat in Boston? I LOVE taking my wife Jenn to Del Frisco’s in the Seaport. I get the best bone-in prime rib eye and they have great sides too like the lobster macaroni and cheese and the Chateau mashed potatoes are the best.

What’s your favorite amenity at One Greenway?

Definitely the terrace off of Suite 1100. We put awesome fire pits out there that are really great, and we added lights under so that you can use them at night too. I think it’s great that residents get to rent out the space as well so you can have a friends or family over there for an event.

Where does your favorite day trip from Boston take you?

Either South to the Cape to hang at the beach in Dennis, or North to Maine for some lobsters and steamers with a nice cold beer.

What do you do/eat/see during your ideal day in Boston?

My ideal day would be having lunch at Stephanie’s on Newbury with my wife Jenn then doing some shopping. We love to walk through the commons and people watch, and then end the evening at a comedy show at Dick Doherty’s Beantown Comedy Club right on High street!

One thing people may not know about me is…?

I’m addicted to shopping; I have severe problem. I also love wearing pink and my favorite store is Lulu Lemon.
