Welcome Spring at One Greenway’s Suite 1100
Despite the recent rain, spring is on its way to Boston, and One Greenway residents are ready to head outside and enjoy what many believe to be the Hub’s loveliest season. Of course, the stunning Rose Kennedy Greenway (and it’s variety of food trucks) are just steps from our front door. The historic Boston Common and Boston Public Garden are less than a 10 minute walk away.
Our residents love being close to these bustling outdoor spaces. But sometimes, they want to get away from the hustle of the city. For those occasions, we’re proud to offer the Terrace at Suite 1100.
As the weather warms, residents step outside of our Suite 1100 indoor lounge to enjoy the Terrace. This lushly landscaped patio feels miles removed from the bustle of the city below. “We often see residents using the space to study or catch up with friends over dinner,” says One Greenway Property Manager Aaron Cramer.
When the warm spring sun goes down, the Terrace is still busy as residents and their guests warm up around the fire pits across the Terrace. Bring a light blanket and the warm beverage of your choice, and keep those long spring days going into the evening.
