Resolve to Get Fit at One Greenway

From work festivities to parties with friends, we’ve spent a month overeating, skipping the gym in favor of holiday parties and not getting enough sleep. As the holiday season comes to a close, we’re looking forward to getting healthy in the New Year.

According to a Nielsen survey, 37 percent of Americans resolved to stay fit and healthy in 2015, and another 32 percent resolved to lose weight. If you’re one of them, it’s easy to stay committed at One Greenway.

Just starting on your resolution to get healthy and need advice on how to get started? Our team is happy to recommend a nutritionist to tackle the diet aspect of your commitment to good health. Need help developing a workout plan? We’ve also got personal trainers in our speed-dial who can develop a plan tailored to your specific needs.

When you need a place to work out, we’re proud to offer a well-appointed fitness center at One Greenway. As the weather gets colder and Boston’s streets get treacherous, there are no excuses to miss your run or skip leg day because the gym is in the building. The beautiful windows provide a stunning view of the bustling street outside or, if you prefer, we provide televisions so you can binge watch your favorite shows.

If you prefer downward dog to taking a jog, there’s also an incredible yoga room adjacent to the fitness center. After a long day, feel free to work on your flow, stretch out and let the day go. On Thursdays, we also offer a yoga class led by the folks at Dare U Fitness—if you haven’t tried it, give it a go this week!
