8 Questions with the One Greenway Leasing Team’s Aaron Cramer

We want to help you get to know the One Greenway team! Today, we meet Aaron Cramer, the Property Manager at One Greenway.

Name:  Aaron Cramer

Hometown:  Needham, MA

What do you love about your job?

I love the variety of my job and not always knowing where the day will take me. I could be taking tours, organizing and hosting events, meeting vendors, reviewing financials, walking the property or meeting with my marketing, leasing or maintenance teams. I also love that I have the opportunity to meet new people every day and form lasting relationships. It is truly a great feeling to match a renter with their perfect new home and to be a part of their new chapter.

Where’s your favorite place to eat in Boston?

This is a tough one!  I consider myself a bit of a foodie so picking just one would be really difficult. A few of my favorites are:

  • Eastern Standard in Kenmore Square (My go-to)
  • Shabu Zen in Chinatown (Right down the street from One Greenway)
  • Toro in the South End (Incredible tapas)
  • B&G Oysters in the South End (Can’t wait for oysters this summer!)

The list could go on and on. I have many more to try; O Ya is on the list!

What’s your favorite amenity at One Greenway?

Definitely Suite 1100 and the Suite 1100 Terrace. It will be such a great space to relax with friends and hang out at the fire pit this summer.

Where does your favorite day trip from Boston take you?

I loved going to the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park last summer. It was such an easy drive to Lincoln, MA, and I loved just getting lost on their property and exploring the sculpture park. We also stopped for lunch at AKA Bistro—delicious!

What do you do/eat/see during your ideal day in Boston?

My ideal day is during the summer and totally non-scripted and spontaneous. I love how walkable this city is. My girlfriend and I will often just pick a direction and go explore! We’ve ended up walking along the Charles, getting lost in the North End, found ourselves at SOWA Open Market in the South End (food trucks!), or walking through the Public Garden and on to the shops on Charles Street. I also love seeing live music and the Green Dragon is a lot of fun to end the night!

One thing people may not know about me is…?

I absolutely love to travel and have been to some very cool places. Three years ago, a lifelong dream came true and I travelled to Madagascar and got to see lemurs in the wild!  It was an amazing experience and I feel very fortunate to have seen this part of the world.
